Shipping Information

Shipping costs are in AUD and calculated based on weight and location. For all international locations, we have endeavoured to provide accurate shipping amounts based on the rates available to us via our DHL Express account for your shipping zone.

Smaller objects and items: We currently use SENDLE couriers for domestic delivery service (Australia wide) and use DHL EXPRESS for all international orders. These shipping and delivery carriers may change at any given time without notice. 

International, or global shipping may exclude one or more zones. Which means some countries, provinces, cities, or rural areas may not appear at checkout. All of the offered destinations of delivery service are solely at the discretion of Studio Mignone. Delivery locations not available at checkout can sometimes be arranged via email contact with us, so please be in touch to arrange a quote.

For international orders, our product and shipping prices exclude any applicable local government customs duties and taxes. These charges are separate to our business and are the sole responsibility of the customer(importer). Customs duties and tax fees are processed via the shipping company/courier on behalf of the local government border force. It is the responsibility of the customer(importer) to be aware of and pay any applicable fees in order for the goods to clear customs and reach their destination address. You may contact your local border force ahead of time if you wish to enquire what these fees are likely to entail, and we can provide you with relevant product specifications for the enquiry.

Our Tavolo Morbido requires simple assembly, however, components are heavy and may require a minimum of two people to safely install. Please refer to our instructions on table installation and care here. Please notify us if you will be arranging a third-party white glove service, as we will require these details prior to order confirmation.
